Our formwork:

it is used for forming concrete ceiling slab, concrete column,concrete beam and forming concrete shear walls,  insteads of wood  scaffold.no need wood and nails .

 1,Material It is made of high pure cold steel ,it’s thickness is 2 to 2.5 milimeter ,the characteristics of this kind of new material is corrosion endurable ,the flexibility is big,, firm and not easy to be deformed .

Main-Beam The main beam can adjust length within the scope of 1.17m to 4.39m at will, the short spine is used in balcony tolite and so on .

Sub Beam The sub beam has the specification of 1.15m , 0.8m , 0.4m

props:Material: Q235 diameter 48mm, thickness 2.75mm.

Specifications: 075m, 1.05m, 1.35m, 1.95m, 2.55m ( these are the normal sizes and we can also produce the other sizes below 2.55m according to your request. Also suitable for different height buildings by connecting the vertical props.

Our floor scaffold system is unlike tradtional scaffold, it is all made of steel, as you see the picture, it is just like a big steel structure which is very easy to be fixed, in fact it is as easy as to building block. when it is fixed, you can put the plywood( some area called plank or formwork) on the top of the structure, the plawood will be next to the main beam and the vice beam. Bye the way,the rod(scaffold props) will support the main beam, and the vice beam will be put in to the main beam, so this is how the structure be set up.
